Complimentary sample session
I offer a complimentary sample session to all my prospective clients. I want you to be comfortable with whomever you choose for a coach and feel we’re a “good match.” Each sample session is 20-30 minutes in length and includes extra time to discuss my fees.

Ready to begin coaching?
Once you decide that my services are right for you, I’ll send you a link to the private area of my website. After you log in, you can begin to build your profile by answering a series of questions about yourself. This initial questionnaire session will jumpstart our relationship and also begin the discovery process of revealing your vision and dreams for the future.
Your Coaching Alliance
After reviewing your profile, we’ll set up a time for our discovery session. During this session we’ll design and commit to our coaching alliance. I’ll clarify how I can customize my program for you so it produces the greatest impact, and we’ll also discuss what will be expected of you as we work together on your transformation.
Establishing your Coaching Schedule
Ongoing coaching includes two 30-min sessions per month by phone.
These sessions are about you, where you are today and where you want to be. The goal is to bring forth greater self-awareness and to use this knowledge to take action towards greater life fulfillment.
