Culture starts at the top and a collection of exceptional leaders focused on their respective verticals does not make an exceptional and aligned leadership team. Setting the tone for the organization and unleashing the collective genius of an executive team takes time and energy but is mission critical for pervasive cultures.

I work with executive teams to build deep team alignment on what is most important to the company, what needs intentional curation and care to scale, including the mental models and behaviors critical for creating an inclusive culture at scale.

I am available to partner in other ways including human-centered experiential design, expert facilitation, and keynotes. I am an advocate and ally for all things diversity, equity, and inclusion. This commitment is embedded in everything I do.
